Hello! My name is Audrey Brothers and I am a certified Holistic Health Coach and Reiki Master, and I am SO excited that you’re here.
This Chakra Healing Course was created with the intention to help you develop a heightened sense of awareness over your 7 major energy centers throughout your body. And with that heightened sense of awareness, you’ll be able to release old habits, thoughts, and behaviors that no longer serve you. Ultimately, this course is designed to teach you about each of the chakras, the signs of imbalance in each chakra, how to heal your chakras, and how healing each of the chakras will help you step into alignment with your best self and begin to manifest the things you wish to call into your life.
I spent years of my life struggling with anxiety, depression, weight gain, binge-eating, anger management, insecurity, imposter syndrome, and so many other issues. Then I had a full-blown spiritual awakening that opened my eyes up to the hard truths of my life that I had been so blind to see for so long. And when I finally woke up to truly face my unhappiness and unfulfillment, I began to do everything in my power to help myself heal and live a happier, more fulfilling, and more passion filled life.
I began educating myself on the chakras and how they impact our overall well-being and our daily life, and I realized that I hadn’t been living in alignment with my true self for a long time. Then I realized that most individuals on this planet aren’t living in alignment with their true self, so I decided to pursue my purpose and passion to help heal the world in a way that felt aligned with me.
Throughout my healing journey, I’ve faced so many fears, limiting beliefs and behaviors, suppressed emotions, and more, and it’s been scary, uncertain, and uncomfortable at times, but it’s changed my life for the better in every way possible allowing me to step into my most authentic self, and my mission is to help you experience the same.
Healing is a lifelong journey, but with these lessons and tools I share with you in this course, you’ll be able to have greater understanding for yourself, your energy, your emotions, your relationships, and your purpose.
You’ll learn how the energy of each chakra impacts your behaviors, thoughts, emotions, actions, and relationships, and with that knowledge you’ll be able to You’ll be able to recognize your fears, your ego, your limiting beliefs, and your emotions, and be able to work through them in healthy, practical ways that allow you to acknowledge, honor, and release that emotional energy, so that it doesn’t become suppressed and keep resurfacing into your reality.
And with these lessons and tools, you’ll be able to let go of that past version of yourself that no longer serves you and call in more of what you actually desire in your life, and ultimately live in alignment with your best self and manifest your dreams.
Doing the inner work to heal can be intimidating and uncomfortable, but I created this course with the intention to make the process less intimidating and easy to understand. Everything I discuss and mention in this course is something I have experienced myself, and if I can do it, I KNOW you can do.

How long is each section?
Each section ranges from 2 to 12 minutes. The sections are designed to be quick and comprehendible but packed with information, so that you gain more knowledge in a shorter period of time.
How will this course help me with manifestation?
Your chakras store energy, and that energy is comprised of emotional trauma, stress, thoughts, beliefs, and memories. As you work throughout this course to better understand your chakras and participate in the chakra healing practices, you'll begin to consciously release any stuck or stagnant energy that is blocking your chakras from flowing freely. By releasing what no longer serves you, you'll raise your vibration and be able to attract more of the things you desire in your reality.
How long should I spend on each chakra?
I recommended working on one chakra per week. There are several journal prompts, meditations, and other healing practices to try per each chakra, so giving yourself a week or more to truly immerse yourself into these practices will help you experience better results long-term.
