Overview

Let me ask you a question…

Do you like listening to the elevator pitch of other people?

So, why would others want to hear YOURS?

Most people hate selling. They hate selling to other people, and they hate even worse being sold to. Just the THOUGHT of selling can keep most people from even going into business for themselves… But as you probably know, selling, in some form or another, is just part what it takes to run a business… Personally, I’ve never been naturally good at selling, and I used to cringe when people tried to sell me things…

I couldn’t imagine being that “sleezee salesperson” everybody tried to avoid.

But as I got into business, I discovered what thousands of other business professionals already knew…

According to a Smartcompany report:

  • 1% of sales are made on the first contact.
  • 2% of sales are made on the second contact.
  • 5% of sales are made on the third contact.
  • 12% of sales are made on the fourth contact.
  • 80% of sales are made on the fifth contact (or above)

80% of sales require five follow-ups…

In other words, successful businesses give LOTS of pitches.

What is even MORE interesting is that even though 80% of sales require five follow-ups…

44% of salespeople give up after one follow-up…

Why do they give up?

Well, it turns out that most business leaders who give pitches typically have 10 major concerns. Top 10 pitch presentation concerns…

  1. Creating urgency with the customers
  2. Prospect walks away and says no.
  3. Being able to close more deals.
  4. How to increase the value of the project.
  5. Customers leaving after a while.
  6. Consistent and engaging face with the customer.
  7. Poor relationships with customers and sales.
  8. Earning trust of the users, investors and cofounders.
  9. How to hook investors and early customers.
  10. Being invited to table.

“While many customers will admit that they are missing key service and sales opportunities and they like our program, it is sometimes difficult to get them to move forward with the program.”

That’s why I’m so excited to give you 33 practical strategies to help you give an amazing pitch because...

…IF you present the RIGHT way to get your audience to move forward in each of these situations, then you can grow your business, MUCH, MUCH FASTER…

So, to help you go from opportunity lost to opportunity gained in, we created this 'Pitch' program and recorded it at the University of Michigan with 100+ real college students just like yourselves who really wanted to know how to market a business (or themselves) by perfecting their pitch.

Pitch is a 10-module system where I will model for you, step by step, how to perfect your pitch presentations with 33 practical strategies you can use tomorrow to give the presentation of your dreams that actually changes behavior.

Here’s how it works…

In modules 1 – 4s, you will learn how to create your core content for your pitch, start with a killer opener, command with your body and convince with your voice.

Specifically, in modules 1 – 4 how to…

  • Make it easy for you to deliver and for your audience to follow with core content with an irresistible menu…
  • Identify what your audience wants and describe why they’d want it and why they should listen…
  • Captivate your audience within the first minute with a killer opener…
  • Use your face and body language with dynamic effect and take a strong stance in the sweet spot to look confident and credible…
  • Move purposefully with targeted movements to engage your audience…
  • Persuade your audience with the words you choose and the way you sound by removing fillers, negative and controlling words…

In modules 5 – 10, you will learn how to appear confident and credible, keep the audience captivated, tailor your approach, stay on schedule, answer any question and close to applause.

Specifically, in modules 5 – 10 how to…

  • Show audience members they can trust, believe and listen to what you have to say…
  • Engage your listeners so their minds never wander and keep them captivated the entire presentation…
  • Make all listeners feel your message is meant just for them…
  • Tailor your delivery approach and customize your content to each unique audience…
